Who Is Appropriate for Our Program?
Comfort & Trust may be appropriate for individuals who:
- Are able to live independently
- Can complete most activities of daily living independently
- Need safe transitional housing
- Can follow house rules
- Can safely participate in a shared-living environment
- Are willing to work toward stability goals
- Are respectful of other residents
- Can manage medications independently unless otherwise arranged
- Do not require continuous nursing or extensive hands-on personal care
Each referral should be reviewed individually to determine whether the placement is appropriate for the prospective resident and the program setting
